If players didn't want the refinement increased cap, why THE HECK WOULD PLAYERS WANT RUNES TO ALSO INCREASE IN LEVEL?

Why are you focusing on things that weren't announced in 6.0? START GIVING US ACTUAL 6.0 FEATURES . Cause right now, it feels like we are STILL IN 5.0.
