Well, I figured I'd put my own opinion on the matter with a little constructive thinking.
• Too soon to increase ANY level caps for power features (Rune stones, Refine runes, or Magatama)
• This will NOT bring new and fresh air to the game, HOWEVER this may have been true
if everyone was up to par on progression though, but that is not the case.
(It will create further power gaps and cause more players to quit.) If you want to change the game for the better,
I strongly recommend that helping players catch up first would do this as it promotes competitive play.
(Players will have better odds to win their fights the smaller the gap in power gets.)
• IF you want to push these adjustments out, please strongly consider taking preemptive steps FIRST
to compensate the changes. This includes, but isn't limited to:
• Increase the method of acquiring the Cave Keys, Refine Runes, and Magatama
(strongly consider increasing the amount of Advanced Refine Runes awarded via Sage World for ALL players)
• Increase the frequency of Event appearing in the cycles
(OR) increase milestone rewards of Event Rebates (Cave Exploration and Refinement Rebate)
• Allow Basic, Medium, and Advanced Refines to retain their wishing credits for future use
That's just a small sample though of things to really consider before making an adjustment like this.
As a DISCLAIMER, I'd also like to say that these are just my own ideas of approaching the matter so expand on them
if anyone has something better or maybe a tweak to the samples provided.
Adding some more points.....
1. Stop giving basic runes, medium runes, clothing, in rewards for Strong Approach, instead of that give rewards we c*e like adv. runes, adv threads. If you can't then allow us to synthesize them to higher ones, just like we can increase magatamas and runes' levels
2. If you cannot increase the level of players after level 105 then use your mind to figure out the selection process for sage for players 105. There are players with 150K to 600K BP in level 105 and your current selection process for sage *s so much
3. As I was going through the posts, a lot of them are saying the right thing......don't just think about the whales...think about F2Ps too......because more the number of players you have more fun it will be, otherwise keep merging all the servers till you reach only 1 server.....then maybe your GLs and Developers can play on that. Because if F2P loose interest then they will quit and eventually your whales will leave too
4. Also, we still haven't had a chance to upgrade other positions and you keep increasing levels for runes....what good is that going to bring? Think about it for a sec....if my pos 1 is max then I can concentrate on 2 and then 3 and then 4. How many whales are there which has all 4 positions maxed on everything? I mean magatamas, runes, purifications, ninja assists, assist li
For your point 2. In order for the whales to be isolated from the regular folks, there needs to be at least 60-90 of them so they have their own sage battle. Clearly that won't happen. Sage selection requires who is signing up, then they split on level then power basis. I've been moved onto the top battle several times due to the lack of people signing up. The top battle will has to be relatively full before the system makes a new battle for the other players to play against and so on depending on who signs up. As the cross server ages, the number of people signing up decreases.
If they can't separate then they need to change the grouping process for 105 level players......The longer they survive the round more points they earned and rewards should be something which will be little justifiable.....By the time the 200K player gets 3 wins.....650K gets already 8-9 wins.....and they get more points and more rewards.....even winning 3 streaks....some 550k or higher player will come and take it away and again gets more rewards.....how is this justifiable and fair !!!!
