From my luck on jackpot ninjas, Wheel of Fortune has a worse drop rate than Lucky Stars, only 1 time I ever got a ninja from Wheel of Fortune (Kisame Samehada). Meanwhile I managed to get, Hokage Minato, Tobirama (Second Hokage), Sasuke Rinnegan, Edo Deidara.
