Hmm.. main thing that came to mind is that contrast between hair and skin color is too close for Ino.

might even be better if you outline the parts with thinnest black lines on the divides (thou it's not ur style to do that XD)

Well. I can darken her skin a little but then it won't be the same.

She would look better with all shadows I "turned off".
