Team 1 is better Shisui offers buff to naruto and can chaos, but if you plan to use that team in pvp I would recommend steel body to reduce the chance of earth main getting controlled since he is the source of combo.

I personally used option 1 before, but opt for different chases and Steel Body instead of shield passive. You'd be surprise how useful steel body is 1v1.
