Are things changed based on your feedback? Of course they are, that is why we ask for it. Sometimes it is negative feedback, sometimes it is positive. While we can't make adjustments according to your feedback (or requests) all of the time, we are always trying find some middle option that will satisfy everyone.

This players was not banned by mistake but for breaking unspecified game rules. If you are playing without using any cheats or abusing in-game bugs, there is nothing to be afraid of. We've dealt with this issue.

Not everything be can be done or unlocked according to your (players) demands. At the right time, we will unlock this specific feature. Right now we are working on different update.

Oh and I've noticed someone mentioned issue with Ronin Naruto's chase translation. Checked it last night and confirmed that it is mistake on our end. Fix to it is being worked on and it will be fixed asap.
