In my opinion you should. I recommend to my group mates an in between freeze. Basically, just don't do wanted missions, plot instances after the pain fight, and 9 tails. You can choose if you want to collect the daily missions or not but if you just do those 3 things, it will take at least a couple months for you to rank up if you're in the high seventies.
