I used neji/sasuke/kabuto. Its not the only combo, but it worked, so i wasnt looking for something else. I think its also possibly to use sai or similar chars.

Crucial moments:
-We need 2 combos
-We need interruption

If you wanna clear it solo then rotation is quite simple. Use neji interruption on top giant (most likely mid one ll get acupuncture from main). Use interruption on shizune, wait her heal, use first combo and next round another combo. At karin wait her poison and heal, start combo, interrupt poison, start second combo.
