I used

Though this was in collaboration with another person using Sai with a decent combo team, also all members of the team saving their moves for the right moment is important. If you go in with 2 people in the team, I recommend interrupting two of the giants in round one, then for round two wait until Shizune has 8-6ish health because of Sai/Kabuto's clones and then all-out combo her down, then finally focus Karin and interrupt Hanzo as much as you can until Karin is dead then focus Hanzo.
