  • While, if you didn't look into it, you would notice that Sai specifies that it is event gained. However, were you to look at Neji fragments, it specifically states that it is gained from log-in rewards. As seen here:



    tl;dr - Sai is most likely gained through a paid method, not through log in rewards.
This is updated / changed when an event is introduced into the game that will allow for the ninja to be recruited.

CN server got GNW Sakura a little while ago.

I'm sure we'll be seeing GNW Sai, Hinata when she's released, Sakura, and all the other GNW ninja's. All in time. Whether that means shop or daily log in.
