eh from sounds of it a lot of ppl are complaining about either being matched against big spenders, or the existence of 6p.
About big spenders... if you're a f2p, you level freeze. If you don't lvl freeze as a f2p, find another way to enjoy the game. This game is geared to be p2w, it's how the game works. Expecting to be given a 'fair' fight against a spender when you're a f2p is unreasonable.
About 6p, 6p is at this stage a f2p ninja that allows f2p's to play on equal footing (or at least annoy) spenders within a reasonable power range. And at end-game lvl play, 6p is not that relevant due to Kakuzu and Kushina. So if anything, 6p is sort of a balancing ninja to help f2p's.
Given this, there are a few things that annoy me. One is the matchmaking system that matches s1000's with s100 players. At least cut the server range in half (e.g. only facing ppl from servers within 500 servers of yourself) so that people don't have to face players who have over 2 years head start on them...
Space Time is an extension of this; e.g. in LA, one player is basically ruining the entire space time experience by being completely unbeatable, to the extent that maybe 5 ppl actually show up to their matches in the entire tournament (out of 100+ that 'qualify'). It's not fun when you have to wait 20 mins to get an auto win against ppl who don't bother showing up.
*to clarify, by 'f2p ninja' i mean a ninja f2p's can get easily. Saving up 20k cpns can be done within 3-4 months for f2p's, so I consider 6p a f2p ninja. Compared to smth like BT Grudge Mode Kakuzu, which costs around 80k-100k cpns to get his usable version. Or Edo Minato with barrier, which requires all four hokages...
