Actually Edo Han's standard attack hits an entire row (3 enemies) as well as repulse. So if Rinne Sasuke keeps his standard attack how it is, where he hits an entire row as WELL as repulse, then I feel his explosive mode for standard attacks will be justified.
I'm well aware that Rinne Sasuke has a lot of tags. That isn't the issue. The only real issue with him is that his standard attack is weak. His explosive mode feels wasted due to it. He could have another bonus in explosive to go alongside the Crit instead.
Standard in terms of dmg and effect is good. Currently difference between crit and non crit varies between 3~5x more damage depending how stacked you are with injury. Only drawback is that his whole expelsive mode is wasted on 1 dodge on non kill, which forces any team that wants to utilize him as p1 to run other ninjas to give him +standard. Anbu itachi will never make it to top tier teams, so you either need 230 total kakuzu frags or you just wont make him work good enough. Imagine if his explosive mode granted him 2 standards + bloodthirsty on that round, or if it targetted row with lowest hp enemy to make it more reliable :)
He's still fun vs bt edo deidaras, especially faster ones.
