Well Naruto also has access to Sage chakra and he still has Kurama, which is the root of his immunity as almost all Jinchurikis are immune to debuffs. Both of which Sasuke has never had access to.
Rinnegan Sasuke's weakness is that his Explosive mode *s. He gets crit and does extra standard attack if he kills a unit. His standard attack isn't that great. His explosive mode should be changed to better fit him or make his standard attack stronger, perhaps make his standard attack Repulse instead of knockdown. Tbh the ninjas that focus on standard attacks are so overwhelming because of the repulse damage (Sus. Itachi, LM, Edo Han).
As for tags, GNW Madara doesn't have Konoha tag because he isn't part of Konoha anymore. He is the GNW version of Madara, which is not Konoha. As for Madara Founder, that Madara is the version that lived with Hashirama and founded Konoha. He does not have the sword tag because he does not use a fan. He uses a Gunbai, which is not a sword. It is just a different version of a fan type weapon. Sus. Itachi doesn't have Sword tag because he doesn't use a sword, his Sus does.
Sasuke rs explosive mode doesn't suuck at all, it's just that you guys tend to look at this game like if existed only the 1vs1 mode while exists gnw, bonds, ranked battle, 3vs3 arena, etc...
Seriously, did you look at his tags?
In a 3vs3 you may run for him the old full buffing tendo team and also adding a barrier like danzo or shisui (something useless in the past for tendo) while running on your side angel god konan or madara founder and wb asuma trials or eg kakuzu with fire main hidden jutsu passive or with lighting main warrior intent.
Did you get an idea of what kind of weapon of mass destruction he becomes with that 45% buff to critical?
About repulse, repulse is op exclusively if the main row is made up by weak clones, but hey. If there is a clone for sasuke rs in explosive mode he kills it AND he attacks again, so, even if maybe the outcome may be lower is not actually that much lower. But if there's no clones what's better between one standard attacks that hits up to 3 targets at full damage and one standard attack that deals full damage on the front row ninja and only half on who's behind?
P.S. Just a suggestion. Try ningendo with sb/trials, gakido with sb/trials, sasuke rs with fire main immobile mystery and leaching and tell me if *s in 1vs1.

Actually Edo Han's standard attack hits an entire row (3 enemies) as well as repulse. So if Rinne Sasuke keeps his standard attack how it is, where he hits an entire row as WELL as repulse, then I feel his explosive mode for standard attacks will be justified.
I'm well aware that Rinne Sasuke has a lot of tags. That isn't the issue. The only real issue with him is that his standard attack is weak. His explosive mode feels wasted due to it. He could have another bonus in explosive to go alongside the Crit instead.
But edo han has no damaging mystery. It's acceptable.
He is like ay4th.
A masked man or a shisui even if slower makes him useless.

If Rinne Sasuke does 2 standards regardless of explosive mode or not
and maybe he has immune to interruption too.. then I'd consider him fair to use XD
basically he becomes viable to a degree vs sosp with those 2 addition.
You can give him bee mystery to do what you actually said and no he doesn't become "viable" vs sosp becomes a full counter that works in any situation besides huge differences in BP even by not owning initiative just by running midnight blade with row and warrior intent together with ningendo (unless the enemy uses madara 5ks or sand dust).
If he had it by default bee would not be required so you could place in his place itachi susano'o/edo, konan taisho/angel god or kakuzu eg/wb asuma trial passive and basically have no counter.
