1, this game is actually based off the Ninja Storm 4 I think.
2, Kakuzu Online just rips people from standards in round 1 where there is little to no counter play against it, especially if its stacked hard.

Because of this, they couldn't originate in the Leaf because it never existed at the time.

It took Hashirama and Madara to create the Hidden Leaf Village when they were adults. And considering they had parents that were head of their respective clans from their childhood, it shows that the Uchiha and the Senju existed before the Hidden Leaf Village was ever thought of by Hashirama and Madara.

Probably because he was able to enter the Hidden Leaf without security finding out very easily cause of his chakra.
