Game is pretty friendly to free players. If you Pay to Win the only thing you are getting is faster shards for ninjas. But soon everyone will catch up to you.

Also they dont really "win" anything. Its not like Black Desert online for example, where people that paid to win can kill you when you farm or whatever.

Let them enjoy their rank 1-20. I'm still having fun doing PVP down in rank 80 lol

Without getting too far Off-Topic but.

That they can kill you when you farm or lvl has nothing to do with P2W, that's just OpenWorld PvP crap. Black Desert also doesn't have Items in the Shop that give you such a huge advantage over others that i would call it P2W, sure there are Items that make your Life easier but like here, at the end it's nothing more than insignificant luxery (I'm saying this as someone who has multiple lv56 charas there right now).
The real big factor in BDO is RNG, that son of a b****...can ruin your whole Game or make you OP as hell xD

Anyone know where to get the seal fragments? Are they random drops from the bond treasure, or something?

Most of top 50 players started playing at same time that server was opened, THAT is the advantage and explain why the grow up so fast, Recharge and Medals has nothing to do.
