Good team? No. Mediocre team? Maybe. All these ninjas are outdated even a year ago w/o their breakthroughs. With breakthroughs, they MIGHT be able to form a water main position 1 Sharkbomb or Fire main position 1 Dragon Flame Bomb, but they won't help much if you are a returning player to an old server. If I were you, I would not focus on what team to use immediately and just throw a random team together. For the time being, focus on 2 things:

1. Power, you can't go wrong with having more BP no matter what team you'll end up using. Save all materials for their respective rebates.

2. Save cps and try to get one of the new "meta" ninjas. They each cost around 15k-20k in events, and you can stroll around forums to see your options. In addition, save ss until you have 264/434/734 ss and can go for 300/500/800 mark in recruitment feedback and focus solely on either 5Kage Treasure or GNW Treasure. The super rares from those 2 treasures and the red ninjas fragments you get from them are the only "meta" ninjas recruitable outside of events.
