Very well stated huh? IIRC, all it states is that he can look at an opponents feet to fight them, what about that makes him immune to genjutsu? This game is going to change certain things for balance and to suit their needs.

To add on what LolOasis said, that tactic of looking at Kakashi's feet is how he trained himself to fight against the sharingan, which is a bloodline trait. Not make guy immune to genjutsu.

he was compleatly immune to the sleeping genjutsu during the ninja exam

I assume you mean in game, and if you do, its because Ninja Exams have set rules to challenge you. Also there is no Genjutsu Classification in Naruto Online (Only Tai and Nin)

There are a lot of wrong tag and wrong ability in this game that don't even make sense. However it's not something Oasis can change, it's up to Tencent.
