At first server merge, yes everyone gets compensations. But at second and so on, it's random.

    And I've talked to all the active members from my own group. None of us received anything.

At first merge you should have messaged any mod, or made a ticket in CS. It's 400 or 500 coupons, also some side items.

    We didn't receive any compensation for our first merge. I made a ticket about this.


    That plant made a post before and he was wrong (if you remember the mess with the packs for Sasuke Suit or Sailor Sakura fragments) so I don't take any answers from Tobei for granted anymore.

I know it's official answer from other mods too, for a long time. But as Qv said, you can try resolve it via ticket. Some actually did get compensations from them.
