Bug during team ninja exam

When i tried to enter this one level of extreme ninja exam with a teammate it said they "do not have enough members". We both refreshed and tried again but then it said the same thing again. But when I tried entering the exam solo, it ended up working..... when teammate tried entering it solo it also worked for him. But it never works when we are in a team. We thought it was because you could only do around 10 levels a day but nope, it didn't even work the next day, said the same error message of not enough members.
