yep, there's no initiative here. quite sure scarlet didn't think about it and just added it thinking the feature adds other basic stats.
anyways, just to show it, those things may be quite the high amount:
EDIT: scarlet and thomas forgot to add treasure tools. those modify it too and by quite the big amount.
My bad.
I thought about what featured added secondary stats and it came to my mind group skills, but i forgot that initiative is the only one that isn't there.

Treasured tool count as equipment as well.
Just click on ninjas on your team but not on your lineup. Like your sasuke out there. U will see the amount of initiative which was add without equipment instead of taking off every single equipment.
This initiative can be added using strengthen system that focus on all lineup not every position alone lime myuboku. Summon cultivation. Training potion. Home ninja. Etc
I doubt changes much. Almost everybody has a gourd on main, just remove those 800-1000 initiative and control and you get the amount.
Anyways yes, it may be classified as equipment too even if doesn't appear on the equipment screen.
