Only mystery y+1 cannot hit dodge.

This one cannot miss and normal mystery cannot miss as well

Without any sort of breakthrough, my edo minato hits any units regardless of whether they have a dodge rate or not (Ie: Shisui, S6p Naruto, Obito, Masked Man, Minato).

Can someone explain how this is possible if you need a breakthrough for it?

His mystery description in game has an error, like many others. It was reported months ago and oasis doesn't even fix critical description errors.
