Shizuka is who ? is there in naruto shipuden ? which part of event she appear in movie ?

Shizuka is in a filler arc right before Naruto goes to the turtle island to train. She comes from a village of only women where they fight men and marry them. Her teacher/parent fought jiraiya to a stand still and the their students would have to fight because of that.
