Hey,
It really is a lot of variations.
Pretty standard, full konoha buffs lineup. You will never miss by using this.
It's full resistance lineup, works really great with BT Kurenai. Will give cancer to a lot of opponents. I personally would try this, and the one above.
Also some worth to mention and to try lineups. I did made lineup to my group mate similar to above, it's just instead of Chiriku he used Iruka. Worked very well too, because of 2x standards on Naruto. (Just one weakness, that Pakura dies pretty fast)

They told you what to do if you have initiative but if you don't I would actually go for this one:
Kushina (normal) naruto x
Gakido Earth main x
X x x
Talents: 43422 or 43421, summon: koh/gamakiri, summon mystery: ninja dog/giant katsuyu
Kushina selfheals summons 1/2 annoying clones, triggers eventually a combo, has a second immobile in the chase that makes you cc the target even if has one reflection and since you have her 3* she is also immune to debuffs.
She can interrupt a move 3 or 4 or, more likely, she can heal gakido or main if required.
Gakido requires to be with mystery and chase y and standard attack full sb.
If you manage to get this lineup you may get good battles
I could also recommend that lineup with Wind main if player does not have Initiative. Since it does have control and sustainability, and that's what i always suggest for lower players. (lower in comparison of server/cluster you are in)

My Initiative for naruto is 8k its a lil cuz i used to play 4pos attack
now they talk about 1pos ninja so all my ninjas have about 5k Initiative
its about time to recycle my old treasures and focus on naruto with Initiative
so which team should i use
I would use lineup with chiriku, iruka. Won't miss with it. You can try other variations over time, in arena :)
