Or am I wrong? So if iruka has 1000 Resistance, Ninjutsu and Attack will be increased by 333 for all friendly ninjas? Reply

The Resistance is the shield applied to your team. So you have 1000 Resistance on Iruka, every member gets a 500 Shield.

The Buffs for Ninjutsu/Attack is a flat % 30 for all ninjas in your team.

so if my main have 1000 ninjutsu and 1000 attack I get 300 nin and att buff ?
