Hello, i can't really seem to understand the text, but as far as I understand, the Ninjutstu and attack is increased by 30% of the resistance that Iruka has right?

Or am I wrong?

So if iruka has 1000 Resistance, Ninjutsu and Attack will be increased by 333 for all friendly ninjas?
