Why are Pos1 main teams constantly being recommend?

The reason are mainly two.

Fire main to work fine right now as move 3/4 requires extremely op ninjas (itachi susano'o/edo hashirama/madara 10 tails/edo itachi/sasuke rs) .

Water main simply do not work in any ways right now besides being move 1 due to the stats distribution and due to the fact she doesn't grant any boost.

On the other hand a shark bomb team or a fire main immobile/ignition mystery team may work even if you don't own initiative as long as your move 2/3/4 provide enough support and generally this support is way less expensive.

That's why we are suggesting them because if somebody comes and we say: sure, you can run edo hashirama madara 10 tails edo itachi with fire main as move 4 or if we say they can run six paths naruto edo hashirama kakashi susano'o/kushina 3*/kabuto snake cloak 4*/edo tobirama with main as move 4 but to work requires that your move 2/3/4 owns 25k critical and injury and over 100k power what do you think they will tell us?

It's just that as renji and monkeylord said almost always they don't own the ninjas to try anything else.
