Hi! The "Anniversary Red Envelope" event technically allows you to send coupons, but it is not sent directly to a player. When recharging, the "Anniversary Red Envelope" not only gives you a 20% rebate in coupons (up to a maximum of 20,000 coupons), but also a 10% rebate in coupons (up to a maximum of 10,000 coupons) to send to members of your group. The coupons sent to group can be claimed by anyone online when you sent it.
