  • That's not true, facts:
    1. i recharge 8000 ingots but I did not receive them in game
    2. the account in bank has been charged 99,99 USD, 49,99 USD and 9,99 USD
    3. I wrote a complaint to oasis and paypal
    4. I set up a dispute in the PAYPAL transaction system
    5. it's not true that I demanded a refund - I can do it from 31/05/2019! after 7 days! - and I will definitely do it

Seems like you misunderstood my comment.


The moment you filed a dispute with Paypal, it automatically places a refund clause on your account because they're the providers to the merchant.

If you didn't receive the ingots, there are only two possible meanings to it. The transaction money is on HOLD. Meaning, it requires Oasis to greenlight it with the merchant that has the money to accept the transaction as Complete.

Or The bank is withholding it till further notice.


Anyway, because you've set up a dispute with Paypal, they in liberality filed a refund on your behave.

Which means it's a refund clause.

And as I explained to you previously, Refund clause causes the account to be blocked.
