Because... reasons, I guess. It takes "strategic placement of ninjas" to a whole new level, doesn't it, though? Basically, you'd need to put him in a place where he's unlikely to boost enemies' already stacked pos1 :P

    it says VERTICAL which means it goes up and down. how can ninjas lined above or below you can ever be your opponent
