    As I said, the madara's team have fire clone, so this mean madara's team's buff are already cast'd.

    Then ennemy teams do their buff and then -> return to the madara (with fire clone already up) who cast barrier before the fight start.
    The barrier is not launched as other auto barriers.

    Maybe i'm blind or what but i suppose it act like that

That would make even less sense, because that would mean your barrier will always overlay you opponent's no matter if they have higher average initiative, and that's even more broken. But well i haven't seen the videos, so i can't completely judge it.
