I used Six paths naruto, Edo minato, Edo tobirama and wind main. I killed Sai first, followed by Sasori. It took a couple tries as sakura somehow survived for 10 rounds a couple times. This is not an f2p lineup.

i share :) R1 make sure sasori 1 pupet also kisame off the bat.

you will have a good combo on Fuguki make sure he eats the acu!

R2 go minato and focus Jinjin after you should have 80 chakra to tendo. try cast main mistery 1st so you have pakkun break doge on mid after dogs hit tendo so you get the rested. (if your tendo faster than edo minato make sure you swap initative around to be no bigger than 10k difference.) afeter reset and tendo hit kisame.

R3 minato on Sai Tendo again here should be just a cleanup with some good rng interupts.

Talents: 43221, summon: kirin, summon mystery: giant katsuyu level 3.

Itachi with move 1 stats, konan with move 2. Bee mystery on itachi and the sweeps + konan mystery did the job.

i did 337 with edo minato, 6p naruto, chikiru, water main, talents : 3,2,4,4,2, gamaken, 237k bp. (didn't mean to directly reply to the poster above)
