depends what team ur going to use him for, or else you might as well save for lucky board or a really good unit

I don't have a specific team to use him with.... Its just the fact that a lot of lineups that I see I have all the other ninjas except for Iruka so...

Iruka's a good ninja early game and is pretty cheap compared to other ninja... it might be a good idea to look up good iruka teams to see if you can work him effectively.

I definitely would suggest you to acquire Iruka. He‘s really worth the investment and he‘ll be super helpful in general.

But is he really as good as "they" say he is?... What are some lineups with him?

Iruka is basically the default support for any Konoha team you can think of. He's a must have for PvE content and he's still decent in late game PvP, not always first choice support, but dmg buff and a shield for all Konoha ninjas goes a long way. And you can upgrade his stars slowly through recycling other 5* ninjas extra fragments. Plus, he's one of those "Home" ninjas that boost your stats when you level his "bond" up at Home interface, so there's that, too.

The classic LM blitz team that USED TO terrorize this game was LM, AsumaWB, Iruka, Danzo. Some people still even run that in swb just a few weeks ago, and it still do great with enough BP difference.

A typical 9tail team is Yamato bt, Iruka, Asuma WB, any main.

I've even seen some people on my server runs him in the typical Edo Minato or 6PN lineups. Basically, you can't go wrong with Iruka in a Konoha blitz lineup.

Iruka is good indeed but is a free ninja (his fragments are the rewards from spending 3k points you got by refining ninja fragments), so the real question is if he is worth the investment of 3k coupons when you have guy for free that do most of what he does.

The answer i would give you if you ask for a tip is: bring sasuke/naruto/sakura to 5 stars and begin to sell their fragments to get points for getting iruka frags for free in ninja refinement, in the meanwhile go on with guy and spend those 3k coupons in training potions. Getting 2500 more power in early servers do way more than getting iruka 2 months earlier imho.
