Hi, 2 weeks ago,on 9/may/2019, i had an recharge issue.i recharged 1000 ingots and after recharging,my ingots were not credited to my account. I send a ticket to the CS and they responded that they will do an investigation about the incident. After 3 days of waiting and ingots still not recieved, i send in an reply asking them how long would it take for my ingots to be credited to my account. They replied back and said that unfortunately, they do not know how long will it take to resolve this issue. After 1 week later,i checked if they credited the ingots in my account and unfortunately, they were not credited. So i asked them when would they be able credit the ingots in my account,if not at least give me a refund. They told me to be patient and wait for the ingots to be credited to my account. Then today, when i checked the status of the ticket i send in, it says there resolved even when i did not clicked onthe resolved *on.I checked if they have credited the ingots in my account, and they have not. I even checked if they had given me a refund to my bank account, and they did not give me back any refund.Below are the screenshots of the ticket i send to the CS as well as my current amount ingots.
So what is going on here? If you cant give me my ingots(which i have been waiting for 2 weeks), at least give me a refund!
Ps:Don't give me some bull* reason that you cant credit the ingots in my account just because that the ingots are missing. Every time i recharge,this always happens.
same problem happen with me here..i didnt get my ingots yet until today, its already for 10 days from the problem happen. Moderator and oasis out there, u should take the responsibilities about this and not just be silence about this problem yah. Because it related with someone money and you should be more responsible about this. If u still dont want to response about this, me n other people can make a police report about scamming people money. Please take serious note about this moderator out there if u dont want get reported to the police about your company.

I was about to reply, but above comment with copy message from oasis, just did it. it was holidays, there was a lot issues since then. Simply it's not enough time for CS to resolve all the issues that have pilled up since then. Try to image how many tickets there is. So, just back in line and wait :)
