Bug Description: logged in a few day's ago and was disconnected after I logged back in my jonin medal was gone aswell as my platinum monthly card aswell already sent through everything to support but no answer and my jonin medal had over 130 day's left. Rich field hasn't reset for days either but every other daily works. got compensation packs but jonin medal still gone aswell as platinum monthly card and no response from customer support.
