No VPN

I am experiencing black screen crashes at random intervals. There is no one particular task that causes this problem, and it varies in terms of frequency. So far I have tried reinstalling flash and the client, as well as trying different computers. Screenshot (1)

Different PCs and different locations with different internet set ups. The work location even uses a VPN. The crashes can happen at any time, and place for instance this morning it happened using assist link, and again while just traveling on foot for convoy. Haven't tried browser yet, but I might. I'll look into google DNS as well
