Hi! The coupon reward for server mergers should only be rewarded during a Second Merger.

You will see this icon below:

The rewards should range from 200 to 2000 coupons (based on the age of your server, server number, compared to the other servers you are merged with). If you do meet the criteria but are having difficulties, please screenshot (time stamp and server ID) and report it to Customer Service here.
