I would just suggest to keep bothering the customer support, keep reminding them and talking to them about your issue, don't be harsh towards them, also it seems like you made sure that the issue was not on your end, so thats good. Customer Support has their process they have to follow, but hopefully things work for you soon!
thanks i written to support many times they usually avoid answering and redirect the topic at hand as not admit ny fault. believe it or not ask me to stop spamming when what i was spamming was the question i wanted answered which never got answered.
