Naw man.. keep the 80 frags
A lot of people aren't smart enough to think that the 80 frags is not guaranteed. They will get mad and complain if they spend too much without getting the 80 frags. That's one of the arguments of getting rid of it.

I rather see 80 frags in Lucky Stars of a ninja than 10 frags of "Madara Konoha Founder"
At least that actually gives me incentive to spend on lucky stars (implying I'm not already for redeemables).
Treat the 80 frag ninjas as an extra if you get it.

But the people like OP and many others see the 80 frags as not an extra reward but as the main reward. That's not how you are play smart. Heck someone on the forums did not know 6p naruto was in events since they did not bother to check the redeem section of lucky stars and was too focused on edo minato.
