Its already been for 11 days on today I still didn't receive any of my ingots yet. And all the moderator and oasis out there just being silence and dont even want to response it. So sad to see on how they treat their players like this even something related with people money.

Mine still pending, more than 2 weeks did not receive my ingots.

How much time CS need time to solve this issues?

Obviously there are not care the players and just focus on MONEY.
