I want to ask regarding report that I post at customer service inside naruto online games. I recharge my ingots last 3 days already but I didnt get my ingots into my account. I already make report at customer service there but until today still the status is waiting for reply and no reply at all from customer service. Its already pass 3 days no response from customer service. Can u guys response to the report that people post at customer service or can u guys tell me which platform i need to use to make report about recharge problem? Please care more about your player as they recharge because they need to use the ingots. I hope moderators can response to this because already pass 3 days no reply at all from customer service regarding the report made. Really appreciate your help.

Customer service just takes time sometimes. Depends on the line you have put into. Can take a day, and in other time it can take a week. "Mods" is pretty much useless even if they come visit here, and do their little "duties"
Ya i understand about sometime it take a day or even a week but all that is the process of investigate the problem and give the ingots. But this time is another problem, I make a report about the recharge but the customer service not even read n response at all yet to the report been made. So i really hope any moderator here can response to this and take action when your player do a report.

before this thr's no such problem happen. Customer service will reply us after 1 day to the report that we made. But now what happen to customer service? They should not do this to their player who play their game. Please treat your player nice and response to them because they the one who increase rating of your game. Do we have other platform to make report other than customer service and discord? I hope moderator can response to this and appreciate your player what they post.
Are you sure that you recharged them on your server? I mean that you can play on the same account on multiple servers and instead of chosing your actual server you chosed the wrong one. It's just a theory but if you really play on multiple servers on the same account just check them all. Maybe you will have a surprise and it's spare u from waiting an oasis answer. Have a good day!

Yah I'm very sure about it because I only play one account. So that's why I post and ask to moderators about this. But no response from mod. Btw nvm, the customer service just response to me today. So now waiting for them to check the problem.

hey bro, i also faced the same issue like urs, but without the third reply and it directly stat that this issue has been resolved!
HOWEVER, i still did not get my ingots. MY GOSH, IM SICK OF THIS GAME recharge process.
It's like u recharge today n u will get ur ingots next month!!!
Please do not recharge anymore. TOO RISKY.
with bug and MT that happened today, my friends who recharged earlier lost their ingots.
their daily recharge ac*ulated also resetted (as if they need to recharge again)
This is really awful things to happen and we all need to face all this kind of things from oasis. I really hope Oasis and moderator please be more responsible to care with your player and your game most important. Don't take every problem lightly and be more serious about handling the progression of game. Because people who play your game is the one who increase rating of your game.

I already feel sad about this because long time already i'm waiting for my ingots credit into my acc but until today i didnt get anythng yet. after what happened with their server timing, they now have so much problem on their hands. even old problems they will be delayed to solve.
problem is that recharge ingots is a big deal; they should prioritise account who recharge ingot because it makes player lose trust and faith in system as the player parts with their moneys and not get anything in return

absolutely right because when something related with someone money, u cant take it lightly because people can report you as a scammers who scam people money. I hope moderators here can be more responsible regarding to problem of recharge ingots as it related with people money. Moderator and oasis should be more aware about this because when people doesnt have trust in you guys anymore, they can make a police report regarding to the case.
