Ya i understand about sometime it take a day or even a week but all that is the process of investigate the problem and give the ingots. But this time is another problem, I make a report about the recharge but the customer service not even read n response at all yet to the report been made. So i really hope any moderator here can response to this and take action when your player do a report.
