I also faced same issues. I recharged for USD 20 on Sunday 12th May 2019 until now did not received the ingots.

hey bro, i also faced the same issue like urs, but without the third reply and it directly stat that this issue has been resolved!
HOWEVER, i still did not get my ingots. MY GOSH, IM SICK OF THIS GAME recharge process.
It's like u recharge today n u will get ur ingots next month!!!
Please do not recharge anymore. TOO RISKY.
