Quick question, why there is no Ino Flowers event on s.1204?

Server is required to be opened for particular number of days for some events. Tho i don't remember how many days server must be open for Ino event. Might check previous events, seems it doesn't write in this week.

Well our server is like more then 1,5 month old so IMO we should have all events open :O
