Not knowing how to use ninja dont make ninja useless you know as other people said she is good from 3 stars where she get avoid passive and on 4 star she get 30% more dmg if opponent have 0 chakra + immobile on targets in my opinion you can consider her replacement for Five Kage madara in a way
