Let's cover a list of current super armor + chase dodger ninjas

Ninja who dodge chases (often even better than super armor because it will be immune to hit chases also,but not 100%)

Ninja who dodge chases (often even better than super armor because it will be immune to hit chases also,but not 100%)

- Madara Uchiha [Five Kage Summit]

- Itachi Uchiha [Edo Tensei]

- Kakashi [Susan'o]

- Konan [Taisho Period]


You can add (there are more Super Armor ninjas too):

- Minato "High chances to evade the first mistery/standard skill/chase ... each round" (every version except Suit version that only evades Chases)

- Naruto Kurama/6P "High chances to evade the first mistery/standard skill/chase ... each round"

- Masked Man "High chances to evade the first mistery/standard skill/chase ... each round"

- Madara GNW

- Nagato Third GNW (dodges chases + deal 5% of dmg while dodging)

- Shisui Kimono (dodges chases and gain +0.5% init and + 12% ninjutsu when using his chases)

- Mizuki "High chances to evade the first mistery/standard skill/chase ... each round"

- Edo Tobirama "High chances to evade the first mistery/standard skill/chase ... each round"

- Haku Taisho "High chances to evade the first mistery/standard skill/chase ... each round"

He's only listing the ones that are currently in the game and have permanent chase dodge, not one time dodges
