As far as i know and based on my experience, Scaling Buffs such as Minato Jonin's Scaling from Chase is not affected by Han or Madara Five Kage Conference's Skill .. Same with buffs without Round-Limitation like Madara Founder and Hashirama Skillbroken .. While those with Round-Limit like Iruka's skill (5 rounds) and barriers, they are affected ..

Here some informations i realize about M5K:

- It remove the double attack buff from Bee's mystery BUT he do not affect the interruption immunity's buff from the same mystery

- It don't remove atk and combo buff from minato's chase

- BUT it remove the kurama naruto's bufffrom his chase (+80% combo)

An other thing about m5k:

He is not a konoha ninja, so Chiriku's buff or madara founder's buff do not work on M5k, but Madara can't remove this buff

when a mystery skill, chase skill, standard attack says: 'it removes all buffs and shields from a ninja', it actually says: 'this attack reduces by 10 rounds the duration of any effect applied to the target ninjas'.

if you look at it this way you get what effects stay and what other effects do not stay and get erased.
