I dont think much will come out of it. He is not technically breaking any rules or guidelines set by the devs. If you have that much of an issue with packs, I would suggest either creating your own group or joning a different one.

+1 for this. just grab couple of guys like you and make a group of your own. I know that you might be afraid of bp loss or getting plundered but it is the choice you gotta make

It isn't the simplest task to just gather a bunch of people to make a group with. I recommend OP to chat with leader and figure it out instead of asking the mods to resolve personal issues. But, the least they could do is they could make a 'auto gnw pack' handle. So, everytime gnw ends, the game will automatically mail the pack fit for you, depending on donations, summon chakra, etc.

There is no issue, it's up to Group Leader who will get packs. Usually there is rules you need to follow, to get in to the cycle of packs giving. And like in real life, chatting is the way to figure out things.

1) are you showing up to all of the GNW battles? I know when I was leader, you only qualified for Legendary if you were at all of the fights. You can't show up to just 1 out of 3-5 battles and expect a Legendary pack.

2) If you are, then talk to your leader about it in group chat next time GNW happens (when most people are in game). Maybe you don't get because you haven't donated enough that week, or other reasons.

3) If you don't like the resolution of that, then take everyone who doesn't get the good rewards and make a new group. If they only have 3 or 4 people in the old group then they won't have enough activity to even be in GNW any more. But expect a lot of work, you will have to build the group up from level 1, no summons/skills/research again

If your group has competition, aka its not so stacked that facerolls every other group in xgnw then boosting top bp players to get their super rares (hashi) is actually a legit strategy as most of the times those 9 strongest people carry your group to victory. This could be the reason. Also don't forget that people responsible for tactics for gnw usually spend way more of their personal time to make sure group wins. Not to mention ammount of effort and work needed to establish a stable and player-friendly group up till this point. Because of that it's leader's priviledge to decide how packs are distributed. However person on top is still a human, so trying to talk to them and give them solid arguments (backed up by other groupmates) instead of plain complains might work.

Hi! At the moment the GNW rewards are distributed by the Group Leader. There are definitely other options available such as choosing a different group or creating a new one. If you feel that the group distribution is unfair then you c*ways talk with your group Leader in regards to it. Unfortunately, we do not have control over a Group Leader's distribution as he/she reserves the right to distribute the GNW Packs.
