Best f2p water team is probably poison GNW Kiba team, it should clear most things easy apart from enemies immune to debuffs. For those might need to use Tai/Interrupt team with stuff like Guy/Neji.

I've got most of the Konoha 12 (And main Sensei's) along with Kankuro, Temari, GNW Kiba and GNW Neji, Kabuto, Shizune, Kidomaru, Haku, Karin, Sai, Kimimaro and Anko.

Karin's my first 4* Ninja, trying to get Suigetsu. Lowest nin is 2*
