No matter what frags is there, it's still RNG event. And like in any other such event it's not wise to spend on it. Not to mention you can't even get full ninja from it. Tho i dislike it, but even 'Wheel of Furtune'' is better to waste coups, since you are certain what items you will get with points, also a chance for a ninja.
