From the looks of it, the "rewards" swap out from time to time.

I had Edo Minato, Sukashi, Habenero, and Sharkisame frags all up at the time of this post, but...

It ended up switching to Habenero, Suit Sasuke, WB Asuma, and Edo Hashi shortly after.

Though, while I may be f2p, this event's also an RNG based one, aside from the power items you get after X pulls. I don't see much worth in the event, personally. Sure, 50 of so and so would be nice, but... from a f2p point of view, it's some nice free stuff.
